Hey there! I hope you're having an amazing 2025 so far. January was a pretty quiet month for me as I took in the stillness of Winter and aligning myself with that stillness. But I still was tapping into my creative energy, dreaming, and setting my intentions for the next twelve months.
Creatively, I performed at Fort Ligonier's Twelfth Night Celebration as part of the Wayward Companions lineup, and gave my Bonfires & Castles podcast the update that it needed, including getting it onto platforms like Spotify and Apple. I also finished writing more songs for the album and was part of an 18th century Children's Doll Tea at the Depreciation Lands Museum in Allison Park, PA.
On a personal level I regrouped a little, doing some inner work, connected with friends and family, and just prepped myself for what's to come.
One of the great things as an artist is having the opportunity to connect with you, whether online or live. I’m incredibly excited to share what’s coming soon and everything is lining up for an unforgettable adventure.
Upcoming Shows
So yes, more live shows are coming up. In some instances I'm performing as part of a group lineup, but I do want to get in some solo concerts as well! Performing live is my second nature, and there’s nothing quite like the energy of connecting live with you.
Next up, I'll be performing with harpist Laura Mason Lockard at a Spring Tea, which will be held at the Depreciation Lands Museum's tavern in Allison Park, PA. Check out this and more at the Events section on the website's main page!
Each show will offer a unique, and immersive experience you won’t want to miss! Keep watching as more shows are added.
New Music Releases
In addition to the shows, I’m thrilled to announce new music on the way, especially since in the last year I've experienced much growth as a musician and person.
As you know, I'm working on a concept album inspired by the events of the War of the Roses going into the reign of Henry VIII.
As I work on the album itself, I've selected four songs that I will release stripped down versions of as singles. The songs in question are Winter's King (my Henry VII song), Lost Autumn (my Richard III song), Rise of the Falcon (my Anne Boleyn song), and The Mad King (a Henry VIII song). These will be released throughout the year and I look forward to sharing them with you, along with behind-the-scenes content that captures the creative process.
Upcoming Photo Shoots
To complement the new music and shows, I’m planning a series of photo shoots. Visual storytelling is a significant part of my artistic expression, and these new images will reflect the themes of my upcoming album while showcasing my evolution as an artist.
You can expect:
Behind-The-Scenes Access: Gain insights into inspiration, wardrobe choices, and the thought process for each shoot.
Mix of Formats: Each session will combine gothic, Celtic, and fantasy elements, showing the full scope of my artistic vision.
More Things to Come
But the journey doesn't end with just music and shows. I have several other exciting ideas in the works.
This year, I aim to strengthen connections with those supporting my creative endeavors.
As I anticipate the upcoming shows, music releases, and more, I feel immense gratitude for every step that brought me here. Each performance, each song, and every image I create reflects my ongoing journey.
Join me on this thrilling adventure! Stay tuned for announcements, and thank you for your support. It truly means the world to me! And for an even more personal connection, join my Scrolls email community and get first access to all that's to come!
